You’re not alone. A session helping parents and carers supporting those on the autistic spectrum, autistic people and those awaiting diagnosis.

On Thursday, 29th August, the theme is “Autism, Anxiety and Mental Health”. Rena Ali, Manager of the Compassionate Distress Response Service (CDRS) in the Glasgow Association for
Mental Health (GAMH) will be explaining about this new service, and her colleague, Jane Maceachen will be on the panel to answer questions. They will also be providing practical examples for helping with anxiety.

Our popular “Panel Time” will include our speakers and young adults on the Autistic Spectrum, answering your questions.

We also have a “Blether and Browse Time” where you can catch up more with the support offered by local organisations and chat with others who have come.

If you need any help with transport, please get in touch and we may be able to assist.

Part funded by the Scottish Government’s Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Fund in partnership with East Dunbartonshire Voluntary Action, and East Dunbartonshire Council.
